Long-time NPC member and artist Carol Morgan presents her photo collection and essay, about an innovative urban agriculture project in her neighborhood, at the next Photo Team meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 20, 12:00 to 2:00 pm, in the Cosgrove Lounge.
