Long-time NPC member and artist Carol Morgan presents her photo collection and essay, about an innovative urban agriculture project in her neighborhood, at the next Photo Team meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 20, 12:00 to 2:00 pm, in the Cosgrove Lounge. Carol recently published the photo array and commentary, called "Moments of Life in a Dead City," about Columbia Heights Green, an initiative that turned a blighted abandoned property into a working farm growing organic produce for local customers, including families in need.
