Education Secretary Arne Duncan, one of President Barack Obama’s original cabinet members, will discuss what’s ahead in education policy at a National Press Club luncheon on Sept. 30. Duncan’s speech will come as Congress works to complete the reauthorization of the legislation best known as “No Child Left Behind” - the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA).
