Governor Mitch Daniels
Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels will discuss his new book, "Keeping the Republic: Saving America by Trusting Americans" at 6:30 p.m. in the Conference Rooms. Reservations are required at [email protected]. This event is free for NPC members and $5 for all non-members. Copies of the book will be available for purchase and signing at the event. Proceeds benefit the Eric Friedheim National Journalism Library. No outside books will be permitted.

2011 State of the First Amendment Survey
The First Amendment Center, in partnership with the National Press Club, Freedom Forum and the American Society of News Editors, will release results of its 2011 State of the First Amendment Survey on Tuesday, July 12, at 12:30 pm in the National Press Club Conference Rooms.
