David Philipps will discuss his new book, “Lethal Warriors: When the New Band of Brothers Came Home,” at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 13, in the Bloomberg Room. The army unit from Fort Carson, Colo., once known as the “Band of Brothers” was later renamed “Lethal Warriors.” Deployed to some of the worst regions in Iraq for multiple tours of duty, many of these soldiers suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder.
