British journalist Lindsey Hilsum met Marie Colvin in 1998 while they both were on assignment in Djibouti. Yoga Class with the NPC Events Team
Join National Press Club member and journalist Bara Vaida for a free, stress-relieving yoga class on Tuesday April 24. Bara first began practicing yoga 20 years ago as a way to manage the pressure of daily deadlines while covering Congress for National Journal. She recently took her yoga practice to the next level by entering a 200-hour teacher-training program at Tranquil Space in Dupont Circle. She expects to complete the course and become a registered yoga teacher in the spring of 2018. Her classes aim to help students find strength and balance, on and off the mat. Please register below…
