Tom Toles, the Pulitzer Prize winning editorial cartoonist for the Washington Post, will headline the Silver Owls’ Spring Hoot at 6 p.m. Thursday, Apr. 26, in the National Press Club Ballroom. He also will sing and play the drums with his rock band, the Suspicious Package. This will be his and the band’s second appearance at a Hoot.
