Dr. Ben Carson, one of the leading contenders for the 2016 Republican presidential nomination, will discuss his new book at an Oct. 9 National Press Club luncheon. Carson's new book, which he wrote with his wife, Candy Carson, is titled: "A More Perfect Union: What We the People Can Do to Reclaim Our Constitutional Liberties."
