Eaton, who regularly performs and lectures at such venues as the Smithsonian Institution's Performing Arts jazz series, the Kool Jazz Festival, and Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts, is an old friend of the Silver Owls, the organization of National Press Club members who have belonged to the organization for 25 or more years.
