The Los Angeles Naval Academy will be honoring Grammy Award-winning Rapper and Fugees founding member, Prakazrel “Pras” Michel for dedicating his time to mentor at-risk youth who are charting a course from the inner cities to the world’s oceans and seas as part of the maritime industry and the seagoing military services.
