Mr. Wilhelm discussed the direction that the Democratic Party is taking in the near future. He mentioned several positive results since President Clinton's administration took over the White House. Mr. Barbour discussed the Republican's successes in recent legislative elections. He credited these election results to President Clinton's "government growth" program.
