Doug Frantz, assistant secretary overseeing the State Department's Bureau of Public Affairs, will address press freedom issues at a meeting of NPC American Legion Post 20 at noon on Monday, May 18, in the McClendon Room.

All NPC members are invited to attend the speaker portion of the meeting.
