How the legal profession is embracing predictive analytics to advance the law
We are increasingly living in an algorithmic world, where advanced analytical techniques are being used to predict human behavior across a spectrum of disciplines.
The legal profession is hardly immune, and has started to embrace predictive analytics in litigation and in solving client problems associated with Big Data.
Experts on how the law is advancing in our algorithmic era will discuss the topic at a Newsmakers news conference on March 24 at 3 p.m. in the Murrow Room.
The panel will be headed by Jason R. Baron, an internationally recognized expert in e-discovery and co-chair of a new Information Governance Initiative and former Director of Litigation for the National Archives and Records Administration. Other panelists include Chida Chidambaram, CEO, Openosmium and founder & leader, Google developer group -- D.C. and Steve Henn, Head of UBIC North America, a leader in data management and e-Discovery.
Like all Newsmaker events, this news conference is free and open to Club members and credentialed media. No advance registration is required.
