Annual roast beef buffet to take place alongside book fair on Tuesday

Attend the Club's annual roast beef buffet on Tuesday before or after the annual book fair.

Dinner is served beginning at 5:30 p.m. and costs $25 for members and $35 for non-members, plus tax and gratuity.

The menu is as follows:

Soup:
Beef and barley

Salads:
Frisée and spinach, sugar cured cranberries, fresh mozzarella and toasted pecans
Wedges of iceberg lettuce with blue cheese and bacon
Steakhouse chopped salad with green goddess dressing

Entrées:
Grilled bottom sirloin steak with tomato-almond romesco sauce, carved to order
Beef stroganoff with egg noodles
Texas style dinosaur beef ribs, slow roasted with chipotles
Baked goat cheese filled chile rellenos, tomatillo sauce

Sides:
Roasted mushroom mashed potatoes
Parsley egg Noodles with julienne carrots, zucchini and yellow squash
Fried Brussels sprouts and roasted cauliflower with capers and raisins

Desserts:
Apple cobbler
Banana pudding
Cow cupcakes
