NPC Journalism Awards announcement set for June 25

Winners of the National Press Club journalism contest will be announced in a story on the Wire at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 25.

The Club’s Board of Governors will vote on the winner’s list at its meeting tonight, June 23. The awards will be presented at a dinner on Wednesday, July 30, at the Club.

The winners represent some of the best journalism in 2013 from around the country. The winners will be notified in person, as they can be reached, after the awards story moves on the Wire.
