Past wine dinners have gotten rave reviews.

“I’ve attended wine dinners here and elsewhere, but tonight’s was the best by far,” said Brian Leger.

“Great dinner,” said Nick Reynolds. “We very much enjoyed the dinner last night — compliments to the maître d’, chef, and winemaker!”

Diners enjoy a cocktail meet-and-greet reception with the author, followed by her “Secrets of the Mediterranean Lifestyle” presentation.

Chef Amy’s most prized dishes are expected to be prepared exquisitely by Chef Patrizio, Chef Aguilera and their team. Each dish is to be paired with the perfect wine and accompanied by cultural, historical and nutritional information. A vegan and gluten-free option is available. The evening concludes with a question-and-answer period and a book signing opportunity with the author.
