On March 28, District Judge J. Paul Oetken granted a motion for a temporary restraining order (TRO) in a case involving Voice of America employees and their unions. This is in response to a lawsuit filed March 23 seeking to reverse the Administration’s decision to terminate federal grants to USAGM.
