This event is open only to NPC Members & their guests
The annual Crab Fest buffet comes back on Thursday, August 15 starting at 5:30 p.m. in the Reliable Source.
Members and their guests are invited to sample crabs and a new wine list - what a great way to celebrate summer 2024!
The Crab Fest is $45 per person for members and $50 for nonmembers, plus tax and gratuity.
Reservations are encouraged due to previous high demand. Reserve online or contact the Reliable Source to secure your spot.
The Main Event:
Hard shell crabs, steamed with Maryland spices
On the Side:
- Melted butter
- Spicy Sriracha
- Mignonette -- red wine vinegar, shallots, and cracked black peppers
- Lemon wedges
- Remoulade sauce
Seafood Boiled Feast:
- Pan-fried pecan crusted blue catfish
- Shrimp, black mussels, clams, andouille sausage, red potatoes, and creole garlic sauce
- Louisiana penne pasta-roasted pepper, tomato, grilled chicken
- Steamed corn on the cob
- Collard greens
- Hush poppies
Salads:
- Potato salad
- Tomato, cucumber, and red onion salad
- Healthy Carolina caviar salad
Desserts:
- Make your own ice cream sundae
- Key lime pie
- Mini pecan pies
- Boston cream pie
- Bananas Foster
Free parking for members is available at One Parking, 1325 G Street NW, after 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday, with a minimum $25 purchase of food and beverage.
