Tonight: Escape the heat at the Club's Summer BBQ Buffet, with cool jazz on the side

It’s mid-July, and triple-digit temperatures are baking the D.C. area. How to cope? Make the best of it by enjoying the Club’s Summer BBQ Buffet in the Reliable Source tonight, Thursday, July 18.

Besides the spread of summer barbecue favorites, the event will feature music performed by the Greater U Street Jazz Collective.

The buffet , open to Club members and guests, opens at 5:30 p.m.  The jazz performance begins at 6 p.m. in the Truman Lounge. The Greater U Street Jazz Collective performed at the Reliable Source Jazz Night earlier this year. 

The price of the buffet is $35 for Club members and $45 for non-members. Reservations are encouraged. Reserve by emailing  [email protected] or calling 202-662-7443.

Specialty cocktails are available to complement your dinner, including a Campari Mojito and a Tequila Sunrise, for $11 each.

Free parking is available at One Parking, 1325 G Street NW, after 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday, with $25 purchase of food and beverage.
