National Security and Foreign Policy

Senator Biden, ranking Democrat on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, talked about the need to rethink America's future security. Five years after the September 11 terrorist attacks, Senator Biden critiqued the Bush administration's performance and outlined his own comprehensive approach to homeland security and vision for restoring what he calls America's "place in the world."
