Post-September 11 American Energy Policy
Senator Burns talked about energy policy, terrorist threats, and the U.S. energy infrastructure. Among the issues he addressed were importing Russian rather than Middle Eastern oil as a way to help develop both civic and economic reforms in Russia. Following his remarks he answered questions from the audience.
