Mr. Lyons, President of Rowman & Littlefield Publishers, hosted a book party for Sen. Frist, author of When Every Moment Counts, at Mr. Lyons' home in Washington, DC. The book advises citizens on how to protect their families from biological agents such as anthrax and smallpox. It also explores the dangers posed by chemical weapons and the vulnerabilities of our food and water supplies.
