U.S. Humanitarian Aid to Kosovo
Participants talked about humanitarian concerns in Kosovo and the winterization process. Among the issues they addressed were the aid given to date, constructing warm, dry rooms for habitation, and the timing of relief efforts. After their remarks they answered questions from the audience.
