The State of Children

Mr. Scannell talked about a survey conducted by Nickleodean Television about the state of America's youth. He stated that according to their study the majority of children in America are content, secure and family focused. He also focused on children's concerns about access to computers, the use of drugs and alcohol by their peers and lack of respect from their parents. After his prepared remarks he took questions from the audience.
