Buchanan Campaign Speech
Setting himself apart from other Republican contenders for the presidential nomination, Mr. Buchanan criticized U.S. involvement in Yugoslavia. He called the war a "strategic blunder" that had set U.S. relations with Russia and China back to Cold War levels. After his remarks he answered questions from the audience.
