Ambassador Li talked about the Chinese perspective on the allegations of Chinese espionage in U.S. nuclear laboratories and the recent NATO bombing of the Chinese embassy in Yugoslavia. He also focused on how these events affect China's status in the World Trade Organization. After his prepared remarks he took questions from the audience.
