Telecommunications Act
Mr. Armstrong talked about competition in the communications industry and the Telecommunications Act. He argued that the act could work so long as Congress does not revisit the legislation. Rather, he said that the act needed to be enforced by opening local markets and ending access charges. After his remarks he answered questions submitted by the audience.
