The Sprawling of America

Mr. Moe talked about preserving U.S. heritage as a part of local communities. He said that sprawl makes strip malls and subdivisions look the same in one city as in another. He stated that the way Americans shape their communities has a significant impact on the way they feel and the way they treat each other. He mentioned that the United States has lost four million acres of farmland to urban sprawl.
