Impeachment Hearings
Senator Biden discussed the impeachment inquiry of President Clinton. He urged the members of the House to quit bickering and get to the heart of the issue. He also stressed that Congress should solve the matter speedily and resolve the inquiry in a fair non-partisan matter. After his prepared remarks questions were taken from the audience.
