A General Membership Meeting of the National Press Club will be held at 12 noon, Friday, May 13, in the Holeman Lounge.
Officers will report on the Club’s operations since the last meeting. In addition, changes in the Articles of Incorporation to reflect that retired members serve on the Board of Governors will be considered.

Discussion and vote to approve changes to the Articles of Incorporation to allow retired members to retain their membership category (e.g., a Journalist who retires remains a Journalist) (Angela Greiling Keane)
8. Set date for next General Membership Meeting – Oct. 7.
