United Nations Issues
Ambassador Richardson spoke about the current state of the United Nations. He stressed the importance of U.S. back payments of dues to the United Nations and U.S. commitments in other areas to support the variety of important U.N. initiatives and the unity of the Security Council toward Iraq on the issue of arms inspections. After his prepared remarks, he took questions from the audience.
