Russian Economic and Political Reforms
Mr. Gaidar, who currently directs the Russian Institute for the Economy in Transition, spoke about the short and middle range challenges facing Russia, especially in economic affairs. He also reviewed stressed the importance of President Yeltsin's recovery for political stability and economic confidence. After his remarks, he took questions from the audience of reporters.
