America's Youth: Education and Values

Secretary Riley talked values and education in the U.S. He explored such questions as why education isn't covered more in the media. He pointed out that the number of school-age children will increase each year in the foreseeable future. He outlined the goals of his department for increasing the numbers of youngsters who attend college and criticized using tax funds for private schools. Following his prepared remarks, he took questions from the audience.
