U.S.-Japan Relations
Ambassador Mondale spoke about U.S.-Japan relations. He spoke about the accomplishments in security and economic relations over the past three years. He also stressed the importance of U.S. presence and engagement in the entire Pacific region to help ensure stability in a rapidly growing and changing area.
