U.S. Bosnia Policy
Deputy Secretary Talbott spoke about the U.S. attempts to bring a peaceful conclusion to the Bosnian conflict. He outlined both the consequences if the current peace talks fail and the challenges of implementing an agreement if they suceed. After his prepared remarks, he took questions from the audience.
