Put on your dancing shoes for a gala night to inaugurate and honor our 2012 National Press Club President Theresa Werner.
NPC's Board of Governors will host In the Mood for News dinner dance on Jan. 28 in the ballroom. Tickets cost $95 per person and will include a cocktail hour, a three-course Americana dinner prepared by Chef Susan Delbert and plenty of libations.
The night's theme pays tribute to the 1940s USO canteens held at the National Press Club. Werner, a freelance broadcast journalist, is known for her smooth moves on the dance floor as a competitive swing dancer and clogger.
