Jefferson's Bourbon -- Master Distiller Trey Zoeller

The evening begins with a reception featuring a bourbon cocktail and includes a signed bottle of Jefferson Small Batch Bourbon signed by Zoeller, who will also guide you through a tasting featuring three bourbons, including the Presidential and a rye during a multi-course bourbon dinner.

Cost for members and their guest is $79 per person and inlcudes the bottle of bourbon

Cost for non-members is $89 a person and also includes the bottle of bourbon.

Bourbon: Jefferson “Kentucky Stormy” with ginger beer, lime and Jefferson Six year old

Scoop of Raspberry or Mango Sorbet

Second Course
Bourbon braised Veal Cheeks with Creamy Feta Polenta and Spinach stuffed Red Pepper
Boubon: Jefferson Reserve

Third Course
Dark Chocolate Molten Cake with Sugared Pecans, Blueberries and Bourbon Sauce
Bourbon: Jefferson Presidential
