Dr. Patrick Okedinachi Utomi, Reform candidate in Nigeria's April presidential elections, will discuss "Job Creation, Accountability in Politics and Election Reform"
Professor Utomi,a political economist and senior faculty member at the Lagos Business School-Pan African University,is challenging Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan in the upcoming elections. He will also discuss the evolving relationship between Nigeria and China, including what he calls "the risk of heightened Nigerian dependence on China" and Chinese "business incursions" into Nigeria.
