Mr. Klein presented the Edwin M. Hood Award for Diplomatic Correspondence to a group from U.S. News and World Report for an article about Palestine Liberation Organization finances. Ms. Albright spoke about the past, present and future of relations between the United States and the United Nations. After her prepared remarks, she took questions from the audience.
