Mr. Duke, moderator of the PBS weekly program, "Washington Week in Review," is retiring this year after 20 years of hosting this program. His last show is scheduled to air March 4, 1994. He spoke about his experiences and observations with the long-running news discussion program. He related a number of humorous anecdotes. Prior to his speech, an entertainer impersonated a number of politicians and former presidents. Mr. Duke will be replaced by Ken Bode of DePauw University and CNN.
