That's why the National Press Club in downtown DC is the perfect venue to celebrate your wedding and ensure your big day will go down in history! It's not just the place where news happens, it's where memories are made. Overlooking the White House at the top of the National Press Building, the Club has a wonderful atmosphere, terrific food, and excellent service.
Our Ballroom has a seating capacity of 200 guests, including room for a dance floor. All tables, banquet chairs, standard linens, silver/glass/plateware, and votives are included with the standard space rental and catering services. The rental fee for a full club buyout is $14,250.00 for a 6 hour block (includes labor fees). The start and end times are flexible—please coordinate with your Event Associate, as additional late-night fees may apply.
If your food & beverage revenue exceeds $16,000 (before tax and service charge), the room rental fee will be reduced to $9,250. The initial deposit of $14,250, due at contract signing, will be credited toward your final event balance.
An on-site ceremony fee of $500 will be charged if applicable.
