International Monetary Issues
Mr. Camdessus spoke to a luncheon audience on issues in international finance, including international trade issues and the current status of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade. He speculated on whether the apparent U.S. economic revival would affect the worldwide recession in Europe and Japan.
