Urban Issues
Representative Rangel talked about U.S. drug problems and related urban problems. He talked about the lack of jobs, drug addiction prevention, and other topics. He also talked about his own efforts to deal with drug problems as an assistant U.S. attorney and through his congressional committees. After his speech he answered audience members' questions.
