Watch sold out 2023 Fourth Estate Award Gala livestream, Nov. 28

National Press Club members and their families can watch the 2023 Fourth Estate Award Gala honoring NBC News’ Kristen Welker, moderator of “Meet the Press,” via livestream on Tuesday, Nov. 28. The program begins at 7 p.m. ET.

The gala is sold out.  Please note that tickets will not be available at the door. Club members who wish to participate will be able to watch the event as it livestreams on the Club’s website.

The Club and its nonprofit Journalism Institute have ensured livestream coverage for those wishing to watch the festivities. 

The evening will also honor the winners of the John Aubuchon Press Freedom Awards:  Evan Gershkovich, The Wall Street Journal reporter detained in Russia since March 29 and accused of espionage, and Iranian journalists Niloofar Hamedi and Elaheh Mohammadi, who are currently in prison awaiting sentencing on charges related to national security.

Kat Stafford, Reuters’ global race and justice editor, will also be recognized as the 2023 winner of the Neil and Susan Sheehan Award for Investigative Journalism.
