Try your luck (of the Irish) at Pub Quiz Thursday night

Spring is in the air. And as those cold, snowy winter days become faded memories, here comes the break you need to celebrate the coming of warmer days. The National Press Club's Reliable Source Bar & Grill is the scene on Thursday, March 12, starting at 7 p.m. for gathering your friends and fellow Club members and sitting down in the Truman Lounge for an evening of food, drinks and spirited trivia with prizes.

Form a team of four, play for prizes and show everyone how smart you are. And, as an incentive for welcoming members back to the Club, members participating in a group of four will receive one complimentary rail drink (that means for a member who heads a team of four, one drink will be free). For those new to Club, new to Pub Quiz and flying solo, welcome aboard – we’ll put you on a team.

For more than 20 years, Pub Quiz has been a monthly staple at the National Press Club and Brainstormer Trivia, which has been supplying those fun and challenging questions, provides the latest and greatest questions, from current events, sports, entertainment and everything else in between. And yes, we’ll have round prizes to give out to the team that scores the most points.

Pub Quiz is a great opportunity to meet fellow Club members, make new friends and enjoy what the Club offers in tasty cuisine and fine libations.
