Tour Club Archives today

Take advantage of your next chance to tour the National Press Club Archives with other Club members only! It's scheduled for Friday, Jan. 24, at 4 p.m.

The first scheduled archives tour, on Oct. 18, 2024, was so popular it quickly reached capacity. Another was scheduled for Nov. 22, and it also reached capacity. If you missed both of those, now's the time to sign up for the next one.

Hear stories of the National Press Club's history dating back to 1908, and the history of journalism in the Washington area, during a tour of the collection of artifacts housed on the 4th floor of the National Press Building.

The tour is for members only. Attendee capacity is limited. Click here to tour the archives. 

Jeffrey Schlosberg, the NPC's archivist, leads the tour. Upon arrival, please gather in the Club's 13th floor lobby, where he will connect with the group to begin the tour.

The Archives preserve collections of materials from the Club, the Washington Press Club (formerly the Women’s National Press Club), and the Gridiron Club.
