Son, former staffers of late Sen. Joe Lieberman to join panel discussion following screening of documentary, Thursday
The Events Committee will offer an exclusive preview screening the new Jonathan Gruber documentary film "Centered: Joe Lieberman," which tells the story of the late Senator Lieberman's life from growing up in Connecticut through 40-plus years of public service and nearly becoming the first Jewish U.S. vice president, at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14.
A panel discussion with the director of the film and several members of Lieberman's Senate staff will follow the screening. The event is open to National Press Club members and their guests. Purchase tickets online.

Jonathan Gruber, director of "Centered: Joe Lieberman"
Jim Kennedy, former director of communications for Senator Joe Lieberman, President Bill Clinton, Vice President Al Gore, and Sen. Hillary Clinton
Clarine Nardi Riddle, former chief of staff for Sen. Joe Lieberman and former Attorney General of Connecticut
Lieberman's passing earlier this year was felt members of the media, who deeply appreciated his many decades of exemplary service to the country and his excellent relationship with the Fourth Estate and the National Press Club, where he appeared countless times over the years.
The film will have its world premiere a few days following this exclusive National Press Club screening.
