Saturday: Books & Brunch to discuss Pulitzer Prize-winning novel 'Trust'

The National Press Club group Books & Brunch will meet via Zoom at noon Saturday, Dec.16, to discuss "Trust," by Hernan Diaz.

Diaz won the Pulitzer Prize for this novel about money, power and perception that spans a century. The Pulitzer Committee called it "a riveting novel set in a bygone America that explores family, wealth and ambition through linked narratives rendered in different literary styles, a complex examination of love and power in a country where capitalism is king."

To RSVP and receive a Zoom link, please email Fay Iudicello at [email protected] by Thursday, Dec. 14. Those who RSVP should expect to receive the invitation at 9 a.m. on Dec 16.

Want to get a head start on the January book? Books & Brunch will discuss "Sacred Nature: Restoring our Ancient Bond with the Natural World," by Karen Armstrong on Saturday, Jan. 20, 2024, via Zoom.
