Ready to get crackin'? Crab Fest at Reliable Source is coming Aug. 21

The Reliable Source's upcoming Crab Fest on Aug. 21 follows another of the restaurant's successful events -- the Summer BBQ Buffet on July 17. Both events feature traditional tastes of summer in the DMV region, and given the rainy and humid weather we've been having this season, the restaurant version of these outdoor traditions has suited diners just fine.

So make plans to be here at the National Press Club for the cracking of the shells and dipping the meat into melted butter!

More to come on the delectable menu of accompanying sides, but we do know a wine list will be available to compliment your dinner, as well as domestic and imported beer -- beer of the night will be Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy, $8.

Peach Bourbon Smash: bourbon, lemon juice, mint, fresh muddled peaches, simple syrup
