Photos: "Who Killed Shireen?" Screening
The Press Freedom Center at The National Press Club hosted a June 9, 2025 special screening of the documentary film "Who Killed Shireen?." The film provides evidence of the identity of the individual who killed Shireen Abu Akleh, a Palestinian-American journalist for Al Jazeera who was killed by a gunshot wound to the head in the West Bank city of Jenin in May 2022.
Following the screening, a panel discussion followed, featuring the film's producers and journalists who focus on the Middle East.
